A big thanks to Apna Motors. My brother needed assistance with a purchase of a dependable, affordable used car and asked for my help due to my long experience in sales. With a referral to Suzy and Ranveer we found ourselves being served by two of the most helpful service oriented individuals I have ever encountered when it comes to customer care… period. I have been in business for 47 years and expect a lot when it comes to customer service. I was impressed from the moment we entered the premises. First: The inventory was impressive and the selection was ample. My brother was very particular on what he was seeking and Apna was able to provide him with the best car he could have asked for. Second: The negotiation was quick and painless and Ranveer went out of his way to oversee the completion of some updates to the car within a day that we felt would assure a long period of trouble and maintenance free driving. Third: This was a one stop full service experience including Apna bringing in other expert professional service personal to meet other additional needs we personally requested. (We were pushing our luck with Apna but they went above and beyond to accommodate us with character and respect.) Forth: Suzy came alongside us through the whole process to assure we were taken care of and would not let us lift a finger or exert any energy. This also included her helping transfer property from one vehicle to the other, replacing the plates on the new ride, and giving an extra washing of the car before it left the lot. I can highly recommend Apna Motors. Suzy went out of her way to get us a great deal on our "new to us" Pathfinder and to give us us a good price on our trade in. The after sales service was wonderful as well. It was evident that Apna was more than just interested in selling you a car, they also wanted you to be happy with your purchase. After we had purchased the SUV, we noticed that the left tail light housing was cracked with moisture inside. Apna ordered a new tail light at no cost to us. They were also willing to go the extra mile to get the part to us. Apna truly deserves your business.

Our son & his wife just bought a Dodge Jouey from Parm at Apna. They had shopped around the Greater Vancouver area quite extensively so knew their prices. By far Apna provided the best experience and price! We felt they respected us and were treated honestly and fairly. The big dealerships added extremely higher closing costs and in fact some were downright arrogant. Parm went above and beyond to make sure our car was in top condition. Highly recommend him and his dealership.
